Proper Time Management

I can’t believe I found time to write a post about this one. Like, time meets time. Maybe because I was able to finish all the task assigned to me specifically this week, (HELL IT’S BEEN STRESSFUL) and I got praised by an officemate because of a great work yesterday. *Talk about motivation?* As I was typing, I still have an hour and a half left before dismissal.  But this won’t be a lengthy post.  I am just glad because it was also Friday today – I literally will have a stress-free weekend. One more thing, it’s my 20 years and 11th month of existence today. Next month na!!!

Ok, proceed.

I was in my senior year in high school when our English teacher introduced us the idea of “Proper Time Management.” She was one of my favorite mentors I had and I was just proud to say that up until now, I am still able to apply that, well I can say an “asset” that everyone should learn to have a balanced life. But then, how does proper time management be achieved?

As for me, I cannot say 100%, but I am closer to that one. And I am also not consistent, I am lazy sometimes. It also pays that I have a sense of time in everything – I mean literally in everything – from work schedules, personal schedules, to my everyday routine and so on. TIME has always been my favorite word. I love people who have a sense of time, it automatically turns me on. I value time as how I value my love for myself. *narcissism strikes* :P

You can see the roots of this proper time management from the term itself. I wish more people will learn how to appreciate this one.  But for me, it was one of the few things – that is always worth remembering.

Of Kariman and Uncle John's Fried Chicken

Mini Stop has been known for their signature kariman – with various of special fillings on it inside. I admit I haven’t tried one but I finally did a while ago. :) I believe Kariman is sort of a Japanese food since the convenience store originated in Japan. Relatively, it was a cross between a meat bun and a fried sandwich, according to Sybdive  It contains fillings (whether sweet or savory) stuffed into a piece of yeast dough, sealed, dipped in egg wash, rolled in   panko , and deep-fried till the outside is golden brown and crunchy to the bite. Going back, upon buying Uncle John’s fried chicken meal for my lunch, (which for me is worth-the-buy because of the generous size of the chicken and comparing to other stores offering  the same type of meal, I believe it can be included on your choice) I decided to have Cookie Karamel Kariman since it was only ten pesos. Surprisingly, it was delicious. It tastes like cookie butter with...

Mr. Swabergers: Making the Burger Hype More Exciting with Fancy Colored Burgers

There is no doubt, we live in a society where instant, create-your-down and do-it-yourself seems on the verge of popularity nowadays - whether pizza, ice cream or cake it may be, burgers are undoubtedly on top of the list. One can easily recall Zarks or the Brgr Project and many more for their flagship of  create-your-own burgers. Then there's this colored burger that entered the picture. Wait, colored burgers? I am dedicating this post to the burger lovers out there. Especially to ehem.. Jossan. Earlier this morning, as I was on my phone checking Facebook, my mom told me about this colored burger she watched on TV. She can't barely remember what was the name of the store but it was along Caloocan. I immediately searched it online until I discovered "Mr. Swabergers". It was featured on TV5 Morning Show this week. Watch the feature here. And so I did not make second-guesses, I invited my mom that we should give it a try. Mr. Swabergers is located along Sangan...
