Of Kariman and Uncle John's Fried Chicken

Mini Stop has been known for their signature kariman – with various of special fillings on it inside. I admit I haven’t tried one but I finally did a while ago. :) I believe Kariman is sort of a Japanese food since the convenience store originated in Japan. How Well my 2014 Went

I can say that my 2014 was the year that I embraced changes about myself (disregard my chubbier cheeks and bigger tummy tho, hahaha!) Anyway, this was the year that I graduated and had my first job. Using “had” because today will be my last day here in PSRC. I am just happy that I am feeling relieved. I had so many realizations during my stay here and it really helped me to gain deeper understanding on things. I always keep in mind that change is inevitable, and that change is good. I am always afraid of it in the first place. What if I lose? What if I fail? But then, I realized that moving forward is almost the same thing as moving ahead. If you really wanted to succeed in life, you should not be afraid to take risk, and accept challenges, and if you wanted a certain thing for yourself, you should work hard for it. April Fools No More

I consider April as one of the most boring month among all mainly because it was a vacation month and that I am usually in a “stay-cation” most of the time. (Note: No penny. Broken heart. Growling tummy.) I typically find it as a nightmare because there is nothing interesting and exciting to do. But because I am graduating, dull April didn't seem to happen this year. :) Though I have dated with my bed and stuff frequently, I still find this month enjoyable because of these wherefores: I had a pleasant Holy Week. Some of the pictures during the Good Friday procession and Salubong I made myself busy with business.
