Dear future self,

You will probably think of 2015, that time you turned 22 and almost felt like quarter-life crisis came earlier where you were always on the verge of falling down, escaping life crisis faking smiles.

That was the time when you set a record-breaking 3 jobs in just a span of a year - not regretting about it since you knew those traumatizing career failure makes you a more critical individual. Anyhow, everything always happen for a reason, right?

That was the time when you decided not to take life too seriously. You travelled more, took risks, conquered your fears and made more friends. Looking back, you were a Walter Mitty, a wallflower and a killjoy. Until then you realized that "Life's too short to not have fun"

That was the time you experienced a heartbreak - in the form of a loved one who officially left his imprints on your home. By then, you became an instant breadwinner. Money challenged you. You became pressured with finances. But you never thought of giving up, instead you accepted the challenge and came off victorious.

As a year-ender, you can't even be more proud of yourself as your long-awaited dream of putting up a business officially happened. You have always dreamed to become a successful entrepreneur and here we are now, your small business already established.

Of Kariman and Uncle John's Fried Chicken

Mini Stop has been known for their signature kariman – with various of special fillings on it inside. Going back, upon buying Uncle John’s fried chicken meal for my lunch, (which for me is worth-the-buy because of the generous size of the chicken and comparing to other stores offering  the same type of meal, I believe it can be included on your choice) I decided to have Cookie Karamel Kariman since it was only ten pesos. Surprisingly, it was delicious. It tastes like cookie butter with...

There is no doubt, we live in a society where instant, create-your-down and do-it-yourself seems on the verge of popularity nowadays - whether pizza, ice cream or cake it may be, burgers are undoubtedly on top of the list. One can easily recall Zarks or the Brgr Project and many more for their flagship of  create-your-own burgers. Then there's this colored burger that entered the picture. Wait, colored burgers? I am dedicating this post to the burger lovers out there. Especially to ehem.. Jossan. Earlier this morning, as I was on my phone checking Facebook, my mom told me about this colored burger she watched on TV. She can't barely remember what was the name of the store but it was along Caloocan. I immediately searched it online until I discovered "Mr. Swabergers". It was featured on TV5 Morning Show this week. Watch the feature here. And so I did not make second-guesses, I invited my mom that we should give it a try. Mr. Swabergers is located along Sangan...
